Dr. Gilmour was my OB for my second pregnancy. My first OB was not accepting new patients and thankfully Dr. Gilmour was able to take us on. Although this was not our original plan, I was very happy that we changed our OB to Dr. Gilmour. I had a successful VBAC with my second pregnancy and I really appreciate that Dr. Gilmour was open to VBAC, despite having a lot of risk factors. We had a lot of questions and he was very honest in all his answers instead of glossing over our concerns. He was very kind and super easy to talk to, and our appointments did not feel rushed. The wait times were not too bad either. I appreciated that he allowed a visitor to attend the appointments as well. If I get blessed with another baby, I would love to come back to Dr. Gilmour.

Dr. Gilmour was my OB and I'm so glad I chose him. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure your problems are treated well. I cannot think of any other OB during my journey. Highly recommended!

Dr. Gilmour (this is the correct spelling of the Dr’s name) delivered our little bundle of joy at MSH. After a long and hard labour Dr. Gilmour was the Dr on duty the day the decision was made to stop inducing me, he performed my C section. He is knowledgeable, experienced and personable. The staff I am rating are the ones at MSH as Dr. Gilmour is not my regular OB. The staff were efficient, organized and I was confident to be in their care along with Dr. Gilmour. I am still in recovery but healing well! A big thank you to Dr. Gilmour and the staff at MSH!

I had the privilege of having Dr.Ranken as my OBGYN for the past almost year (from the beginning of my pregnancy, to my IUD appt 5 months postpartum) I honestly don’t think I could say enough good things about both her and her admin Jessica. As a medical admin myself , Jessica is who I strive to be like daily for the doctors I work for and for our patients that we support. She treated me with the utmost respect , never being bothered by my calls or questions and just overall being so kind and welcoming. Dr.Ranken has the absolute kindest bedside manner , was always on time (even if she wasn’t she would still have been worth it) and never rushed me out of her office. She answered my concerns and took the best care of me while pregnant. I was sad that she wasn’t on call to deliver my baby girl when I went into labour, but nonetheless I was grateful to have had her as my OBGYN leading up to that day. Anyone who has the opportunity to have Dr.Ranken as their OBGYN will not be disappointed.

Dr Ranken delivered my baby at MSH recently, it was my first experience with her and she was amazing. She was very calm, explained everything and listened. I found her to be extremely compassionate to the fact that I was in a lot of pain. There was a moment where we were possibly going for an emergency c section and I felt that I was in good hands. She helped deliver my baby and took care of my afterwards due to some complications. Thank you Dr Ranken!

Dr. Ranken delivered my preemie twin boys. She was knowledgeable, positive and even to check on our boys throughout their stay in the NICU. Very happy to have her!

Dr. Lackman is by far one of the best doctors I have ever met. I’m a nurse so I’m so critical who I go to see. I’ve been a patient of hers since 2015. She helped me though my infertility and recurrent miscarriage issues. I have since delivered two healthy babies under her care and am now seeing her for gynaecological issues. She has always been so caring and kind. She has a great sense of humour but she doesn’t sugar coat anything which I like. I trust her 100%. Nancy has also been incredible and so helpful. She knows how to calm me down when I’m anxious and is a great listener. I cannot say more good things about their professionalism and their sense of empathy.

Dr. Lackman is an extremely gifted surgeon with a compassionate bedside manner. She is upfront and honest with no sugar coating. Very competent, confident surgeon that is extremely knowledgeable. You will feel well taken care of as she cares about her patients. Her secretary Nancy is wonderful too. Feeling blessed to have found them both to guide me through my healing journey which did not take long. Thank you for coming to my rescue more than once! Highly recommend....

Dr. Lackman is so approachable and knowledgeable - she explained all my options, answered my questions, and I never felt rushed at any point. Nancy was professional, kind and friendly; never thought a visit to the gynecologist (which I usually dread) could be so pleasant!
