“Dr. Zameel Dewji began his academic journey with a degree in BioPsychology from the University of British Columbia in 2002. He then earned his Medical degree from the University of Manitoba in 2008. Dr. Dewji further specialized in otolaryngology, which included head and neck surgery, at the University of Manitoba, where he served as chief resident. He holds certification from The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. His quest for knowledge led him to esteemed institutions like the University of Iowa, the University of Michigan, and the Atlanta Sleep Institute. Dr. Dewji's expertise covers a broad range of ENT specialties, including sleep apnea surgery, snoring, hearing loss, skin conditions, and medical cosmetics. His extensive experience and commitment to comprehensive patient care are evident in his practice. In addition to clinical work, he is involved in cutting-edge research and has made significant contributions to the field through publications and presentations. Dr. Dewji is authorized to interpret Adult Polysomnography in BC, highlighting his proficiency in diagnosing and treating sleep-related disorders. He returned to BC with his family, establishing successful practices in Coquitlam and New Westminster.
