DR. NEIL POLLOCK - POLLOCK CLINICS REVIEWS

Absolutely recommend Pollock clinics for anyone considering a vasectomy. Very quick and professional service provided from booking the appointment right through to after he procedure. Was able to book for the following week and have the procedure done with no wait. The procedure itself was quick and painless, it's the first few days of recovery that hurt. Pollock clinics took care of that as well with the care package I was sent home with, containing all the medications to manage post procedure discomfort. Along with a nice new pair of very supportive and comfortable boxers and everything required for the semen sample after 3 months. The boxers were so supportive and comfortable that I went out and purchased more myself. Extremely happy with the recovery and the procedure itself and I highly recommend Pollock clinics for anyone considering a vasectomy, well worth it and glad I chose them.

I never thought about doing this rating but Dr Pollock did all my 3boys circumcision this was long time ago at New West clinic. My boys are 22, 20 and 15yrs old, to this day I recommend all new parents to call him to have the procedure done by him. Staff was amazing back than, Dr Pollock had magic touch in calming baby, it was fast process, follow up was good. Babies healed fast and well. For as long as he has clinic I will recommend parents to him. Keep up the good work. I see that some of the rating are mentioning some other doctors doing the procedure but thankfully ours was done by Dr Pollock himself , much appreciated.

Friendly staff. Clean clinic. Dr Pollock is the best for any of the services he provides.

I have been his patient for almost 6 years and he has always gone above and beyond in his care. I have had bladder & kidney cancer ( surgeries successful) and during my follow up visit discovered a lump in my lung. He referred me to the necessary doctor and surgeon and had me cared for faster than I could have hoped. Thanks to him my cancer was still contained and successfully removed. I honestly believe that I am alive and well because of his care and dedication. Thank you.

Dr. Yanko is a very knowledgeable and professional urologist that has been seeing me for several years for an ongoing issue with weak bladder muscle and not being able to fully empty my bladder. He has sent me to Surrey Memorial Hospital for tests and we have worked together at finding ways to manage my medical condition including medicine and self intermittent catheters. He is always wanting to provide the best care. I asked him recently about an adult circumcision I had many years ago and he gave an honest and helpful answer to my questions about remaining skin on the shaft. I have a consultation with him in the new year and always recommend him to others looking for a urologist.

My mom’s experience with Dr. Yanko is the best, when majority of doctors are away for holidays, Dr. Daniel Yanko was at my mother side, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. We humbly say Thank You so much for being one of the good, great doctors.
