“Dr. Ruby Tse earned her Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology and Genetics from the University of British Columbia in 2002 and her Doctor of Optometry degree from SUNY College of Optometry. Before joining Family Eyecare Centre, she practiced optometry on Vancouver Island for five years. During her studies, she interned at Travis Air Force Base in California and the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Connecticut. She also volunteered at the Singapore National Eye Center during an exchange program at the National University of Singapore. Dr. Ruby Tse is dedicated to high-quality care and has extensive experience in contact lenses, geriatrics, ocular disease, pediatrics, vision therapy, and laser surgery co-management. She aims to educate her patients with the latest research on eye health prevention and management. Currently, she is practising at FYidoctors. I've been a patient at Eyesite Doctors for several years and now my toddler is as well. The staff have always been friendly, helpful and really fun to pick out glasses with. Dr. Sameera is so kind and friendly. Great with kids too. The examinations are always thorough and all my questions are answered with care. Highly recommend Eyesite Doctors.

Dr. Sameera and her staff are great! My family has been visiting their office for over 2 years now. Scheduling, check-ins and check-outs are a breeze. The clinic is equipped with latest technology. Dr Sameera is knowledgeable and thorough during eye exams. Highly recommend.

An excellent experience with FYidoctors. The staff welcome you in and truly listen to your concerns. Their knowledge, expertise and professionalism is second to none. Bettina, Regan and Dr. Tse are all incredible and I would go no where else.

Probably the best experience I've had at a clinic! All the staff were very accommodating and took the time to attend to every issue I had whether it was regarding my eyesight, or choosing frames that fit me not just visually but physically too. I am absolutely satisfied with my experience and I would encourage many others who are looking into getting glasses to visit FYidoctors in New West.

I have several pairs of glasses and, as an 81-year-old, I wasn't sure if I was using the right ones for the right purpose or whether I needed an entirely new pair. I phoned and the receptionist was very helpful. I got an appointment to see the optician the next day. Hardeep was so helpful and delightful to talk with. I got all my questions answered. I recommend FYI in New Westminster to all my friends.

Impressed with Dr Bachra professionalism. I’m seeing optometrists for 45 years and I can say I will definitely go back to her. However… getting my prescription glasses was not so great experience. Just asked for a quote and I was told my new lenses ( not including frame), will cost me over $500 before tax. So, went to my old place with the new prescription and get the same prescription for $249 ( before tax). I mean, exactly same lenses. So, my conclusion: great optometrist, but very expensive lenses.

Best optometrist office ever! ALL of the staff is incredible!!! Dr. Bachra is BY FAR the best optometrist I've ever had. She listens, explains everything happening, and more. I have been getting the DRY EYE TREATMENT for several months. WHAT an INCREDIBLE difference this has made to my years of severe suffering with dry eyes. Everyone should go here for the very best eye care ever!!!

Dr. Bachra and her team are exceptional! My scheduled appointment was right on time, the examination was very professional and thorough, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lifetime Eyecare to anyone!
