I am so grateful to have Dr Souaid. His way of explaining things made me feel so comfortable with him doing the surgery. On the day of the operation i was so nervous. He talked to me again, and made me feel better. The operation was a success but i was also very anxious. His staff always answered and gave me an appointment right away to check things out. I just wanted to say a huge Thank You to Dr Souaid and his staff for being so patient with a very anxious person. You guys are truly unique and special.

Dr Souaid is a true professional and a decent human being. I had a painless operation in one of my ears, and further more a painless recovery. He really restored the hearing in my right ear, I called him a Magician. He is also friendly, takes his time to inform and explain and basically makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr Souaid, a true professional.

One of the best ENT doctors i have ever seen. He figured out my dizziness problem that i have had for years when no one else seemed to really care. Very happy so far.

Dr. Odell is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He was punctual, always had time for me and my questions, empathized and took time to listen- he really made me feel I was cared for. He will tell you straight up how it is; he didn’t sugarcoat the risks associated with my surgery and I appreciated that. He’s one of the best ENTs there is and even then he humbled himself. Dr. Odell saved my life, I’ll be forever thankful.

I was so fortunate to have Dr. Odell as part of my medical team at the Ottawa Cancer Centre in 2021. In my first appointment, Dr. Odell and his staff were incredibly kind and professional. They provided me with world class care and treatment throughout my cancer journey. Thank you Dr. Odell for all you do for our community.

I am extremely grateful to Dr Odell. He and a team of 2 other highly qualified surgeons, as well as a the surgery room team, successfully performed a very complicated surgery to remove a skull base tumour.

He’s an amazing doctor, I couldn’t hear very well when I was younger he figured out what was wrong and I got surgery to put tubes in my ears and it helped so much!!! I would definitely recommend you see Dr.Henry if you have ear infections or have hearing problems.

Dr. Henry is an amazing Dr. He did a thyroidectomy and you can barely see the scar. He’s punctual, caring and great bedside manner. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
