I didn’t realize how much my lack of sleep was affecting my life until I completed this course and saw the results. For one, I now have more energy and drive to get things done. This course is not a pill: it requires commitment and trust for it to work. Dr. Lepadatu explained thoroughly the dynamics of sleep and how each tool and/or stimulus could affect it. Knowledge is power. I sleep well now and I feel empowered with the knowledge I was given.

Dr Irina Lepadatu is exceptionally knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding, and respectful. She also makes time to answer questions and offer helpful guidance even outside of the regular sessions. I would recommend working with Dr Lepadatu to anyone who has sleep challenges.

Dr. L was very helpful in aiding with my sleep problems and gave such useful tips. She also provided one on one calls when requested and shows that she cares for her patients wellbeing. One of the best doctors I have been to!

Been struggling for long time. Psychotherapy with dr lessard had made me change my view on situations that would thought of could never overcome. I no longer needs my pills and he supports my decision. He did give me a new pill for sleep that I take when I need. Works greats. He’s not pushy with pills but will tell you options.

Consultation de 2 heures pour mon insomnie. Je ne dors pas depuis des années et rien fonctionne. Pour la première fois un doctor m’a expliqué les différents traitements thérapies et pullules. Il m’a expliqué en détail comment les pullules sont pas pareil Mon doctor à moi va les essayer

Referred for ADHD assessment. Met for 2 hours. Also have other ment health issues Spoke with my doctor and pharmacist to get full story. Meeting him again for treatment to start.

BEST doctor I have ever met. He really wants the best for you. He cares deeply about healing his patients and giving them the right tools to move on in life. If you don’t like his style, it’s because you wish to be sugar coated. At first, it wasn’t easy to go through the sessions, but I quickly understood that he has our best interest at heart. If you’re a snowflake, this won’t workout for you. I will miss him dearly. He is one of the most professional, wise and intelligent person I’ve ever met.

Dr. McBride is a great psychiatrist. He has helped me tremendously over the past two months. I went from feeling depressed, hopeless and lost to feeling like I am worthy of a good life, hopeful to have a full life and getting back in touch with the things I love. I would recommend him over and over again.

Dr McBride was validating and helped me with my identity issues. I am gender fluent and another participant was trans. We both felt accepted and it was an inclusive environment with a great team. The skill sets helped me make healthier life choices and have healthier relations.
