Golden Fish & Chips Woolwich

We were in today for dinner and had asked about a dumpling dish and we were given a couple of free samples to try which was very nice of them. Then I also witnessed the fine young man serving, courteously explained to the elderly lady that she had already paid for her meal when she ordered. I was very impressed with the way he treated her in a kind and honest way. He could have charged her again and no one may have known. All of this care and service warmed my heart. Not only is it a great meal but they actually care about their customers. Totally recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely wonderful! I have been coming to this fish and chips shop for over 15 years and they never disappoint. Since the beginning of the lockdown, the prices have gone up a little, bit not too much for the huge portions you always get. Make sure to try the clam strips! They are delicious and are always cooked perfectly.

Yesterday, my wife and I took a friend to this restaurant --one of our favourites near our residence. And all three of us immediately agreed that no other place offers such quality fish and chips in our city. This is easily the best fish and chips place for miles around.
