The samples we chose and took home, from the many available, helped us decide on the flooring and the information about different grades provided by Natasha was easy to understand. Your estimator was professional and personable and your installer did an excellent job. Throughout communication was top notch and the original estimated timing was accurate. I would happily recommend your company to anyone in need of flooring. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

Communication was fast and friendly. I heard back from them the same day. The quote and the install happened quite quickly. The team that came out to install was friendly and professional. They did an excellent job in spite of the stairs being challenging (crooked and winding). The price was fair and I would definitely recommend Carpet One.

A painless experience, from beginning to end. Natasha couldn't have been more helpful helping me choose carpeting and vinyl flooring and respecting my budget. She kept me updated on everything. The installation turned out better than I expected and my basement looks wonderful. I highly recommend this company!

A family business that makes you feel like family! They are knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to work with. They have a great selection and were respectful of my budget and vision and at the same time provided guidance, options and insights. I highly recommend them.

We are building a house and I have spent several hours here with Kirsten picking out all my flooring. She has been extremely patient with me and has such great ideas for design. I will forever be a loyal customer. There is such a wide variety of products too.

Great selection. Sales people were very helpful. Our carpet installer, Sheldon, was so polite & professional. He was a perfectionist & did an amazing job. Our stairs turned out beautiful.
