Just purchased a beautiful crib/bedroom set and had Lucille as a sales consultant. Very impressed with the customer service we received as Lucille was honest with us about upcoming sales events and what purchases would qualify. This was extremely helpful as we are a young couple just starting out. Anyone heading to the Brick I would highly recommend you ask for Lucille if you are looking for excellent customer service and overall positive experience.

Very happy with purchase. Everything promised by Mark and Lucille happened. Great price and the delivery people Corey and Jacob were fantastic! Will defiantly buy from again.

The Orillia Brick sales Manager Amanda Bell was very helpful and very informative. She provided product insight as well as the ability to save us money. I absolutely love this Leon's location. After moving into the area, we needed to get some things for our living room and dining room. Thankfully, we met Mike Henry one of the sales team and he was amazing. Super knowledgeable and helped us find some great items for our new house. It felt like we had our own personal shopper. Whenever we return, we always ask if Mike is in!

Maria was awesome! We travelled from North Bay because our location didn’t have the couch we liked on display, she was phenomenal, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. We need more associates like her in all Leon’s! Thank you again Maria for making the process super easy!

It was a family and friends event so it was incredibly busy, but we did not have to wait too long and the sales rep that helped us was very helpful and I appreciated how he was knowledgeable and to the point. We knew what we wanted and he helped us get it in a way that was more beneficial than buying online without his help through Leons.

WOW! Long way home, thank you so much. Especially Michelle who has been so sweet to us, so helpful, kind, and amazing during our purchasing process. We have bought little knickknack items from the store before however nothing too major. Since my boyfriend and I purchased a new home we thought it was important to support local. We purchased a media unit and coffee table and we couldn't love our pieces more! Thank you so much for our custom pieces.

Fantastic shop on the main dig in Orillia. High quality products for affordable prices. Love the Canadian made products. Shop owner Michelle has a great eye for interior design. Highly recommend dropping in and taking a look.

The place could not have been named any more perfectly for my stay ‘Long Way Home’. Up here this Canada Day Weekend to get my younger Bother his Covid Vaccine. I’m from Ottawa and he’s from Kingston. Great looking store, very friendly owner. Will be back again with more people and definitely back to see the Orillia downtown again. Very impressive.
