Most recently, I have had two window replacements at the front of my home. I am pleased with the appearance and functionality of these new windows. Troy, Tyler and Derrick were very professional from the initial contact until the job completion. Questions were answered, and the work was completed in a timely manner with care taken on the inside and outside. The quality of work was excellent, as was the final cleanup. Tyler and Troy are very friendly to deal with and care about the finished product and customer satisfaction. I bought my windows and doors from Sunshine and had them install them in the fall of 2022. They installed eight windows, one front door with a 3/4 decorative glass insert and one sliding patio door. During the installation and through every conversation I have had with Troy or Tyler, it is obvious that they have considerable knowledge and experience installing and servicing windows and doors. After the project was completed I had a few concerns about some of the work that was done. It was no trouble getting in touch with Sunshine Windows and Doors; Troy and Tyler were more than accommodating to come back to my home in a timely manner to address the issues I was concerned about. They made it clear when they left after their return visit that they were not satisfied with the work until I was. It is very refreshing to hire a company and be able to rely on them long after the work is done and they have been paid. I appreciate the honest business approach taking by Troy and Tyler. This is our second home that we have had new windows installed by Sunshine Windows. From the first meeting with Troy to the install with Tyler and Shane , everything was top notch! Their expertise, suggestions and workmanship was outstanding. The windows are very high quality look absolutely amazing!!
