TOWN'S JEWELLERS REVIEWS

Five months ago, I had the absolute pleasure of working with Town's Jewelers to set the diamond I brought for my fiancée's engagement ring, and I am still in awe of the exceptional service and craftsmanship they provided. Walking into Town's Jewelers with my own diamond was met with nothing but enthusiasm and professionalism from their team. Despite not purchasing the diamond from their store, they treated me with the same level of care and attention as if I had. The staff understood the sentimental value behind the diamond I brought and made it their mission to ensure it was set flawlessly in the ring setting of my choice. Proposing to my partner with the ring from Town's Jewelers was an unforgettable moment. The ring was absolutely breathtaking and stunning, and when I finally popped the question, her reaction was priceless. Overwhelmed with emotion, she said yes.

Awesome, friendly service and zero pressure tactics! They helped me select the perfect engagement ring and got it resized in only a few days! My fiancé loves the ring.

The service is really good. Great inventory! Ash..most amazing. Sold me exactly what she thought was best for my budget.

GRIFFIN JEWELLERY DESIGNS REVIEWS

I shop at the Orillia Mall and this is "hands down" my GO TO jewelry shop. The staff are very helpful, the quality and price is outstanding. I have recommended the store to others and have already started my Christmas gift shopping. Fine jewelry is an investment. I highly recommend Griffen.

We bought my engagement ring there today. It is so beautiful and I couldn't be happier. Their jewelry is fantastic and will have something that suits your taste. Cheryln was lovely, helpful and made sure we were happy with our choice. All of the ladies there are wonderful and will will take excellent care of you. Griffen Jewelry Designs is our go to for jewelry. They happened to be having a save the tax sale so major, major bonus.

Have always had wonderful experiences here! Michelle is welcoming and friendly! My fiancé and I chose my engagement ring and wedding band here and Michelle made the experience as painless as possible! They are very understanding and accommodating.

P.D. MURPHY JEWELLERS REVIEWS

I cannot say enough about John and his staff. This business has clearly established itself on the values of honesty, integrity, professionalism and customer satisfaction. I have taken several items for repair and/or restoration and have had John speak to me personally and provide amazing advice even though it may have cost him the opportunity to make a profit. He and his staff are super courteous and provide a customer service that is second to none. It’s impressive to see , yet hard to believe, a small business like this can operate at such a high level of excellence after everything all of our small businesses, proprietors and employees have gone through over the past few years. Thanks John and team for the amazing customer service. It’s comforting to be able to have confidence and trust when it comes to spending money.

I cannot recommend this business enough. I went once to get a necklace fixed (it got caught on my sweater and the chain broke), they fixed it within a few days and it was some of the best customer service ever. I went back today to get a clasp on another necklace fixed and they fixed it on the spot, within minutes. Their pricing is more than fair (they honestly could charge more for their work!) and the people who work there are always so friendly. Highly, highly recommend.

What an amazing store. They bought my old rings and I picked out a new set. Turned out I was not happy with it. I went back, hesitantly, to ask if I could exchange them. They could not have been more helpful. She sat with me for an hour and a half, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. The customer service is exceptional. Thank you so much.
