Alexander’s Carpet & Flooring

This was my first time dealing with Alexander’s Carpet and I am very satisfied! I found the sales staff to be very knowledgeable on product and installation. Jen answered all my questions and took the time to explain the advantages and disadvantages of a certain products. My flooring came in quickly and was installed by Alexander’s. Their installers did a wonderful job and left my house clean and tidy. I will definitely be going back for all my flooring. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of flooring.

They take the time to listen to you and help you find what you are looking for. I was working with a tight budget, they helped me find what I was looking for and did not try to upsell me. The installation was done perfectly!!! The installer was very friendly, and he cleaned up after his himself. Best locally owned flooring store in Thunder Bay!!!!!!

Great flooring store! Great product selection, knowledge and installation. I would highly recommend this store to anyone needing flooring. It took my wife and me months to decide on our flooring with numerous trips in and out of their store, they always gave us wonderful service and answered all of our questions.
