Amazing and easy overall service, and notified when flower order was being prepped, shipped, and finally delivered. Roses were in excellent condition along with their special handcrafted arrangement with the personal message wonderfully written on the card! Highly recommend for those looking for local florists in the area and for a greater value than some others I had seen!

I want to share my recent experience, where Veronika personally contacted me as she was short on items for an order - I explained the preference, then she made it work. After she made the extra effort, as it turns out, she found out at the time of delivery that my recipient had recently moved. She called me personally to notify me, offered to refund my order without me asking and was quite kind about the whole thing. It was really nice to speak with someone with that integrity and I hope to have the opportunity to give her business soon.
