Los Rolling Tacos will be rolling into events from Kitchener to Toronto, including concerts, weddings, corporate lunches, athletic events, and school events. Their Flautas is prepared using three rolled-up crispy tacos, filled with suadero or tinga chicken, and served with salsa verde, crema fresco, and cotija cheese. You can taste their Birria Taco, which contains braised local brisket+chuck in a flavourful adobo sauce with melted cheese in a slightly crispy corn tortilla, a side of broth, and onion+cilantro.
