I had the absolute best customer service experience the other day with Marcel Hamzaj(Advisor at the collision shop). With his sound advice and acute eye for the business he saved me a headache with my insurance company and found me a more suitable option for the situation I was facing at the time. I felt the care that he provide me and I appreciate the time he took to look into my issue in depth. I would highly recommend that if you need to visit the shop, you consult your issue with Marcel. Thank you Marcel and Assured collision for the fantastic experience.

Called to get a quote on damages to my Jeep Wrangler after an accident. Spoke with Marcel, best customer service I have ever received! Marcel was very informative and took time to understand my situation with insurance. He shared his own experience and gave me advice on how to approach the matter. Treated me like it was his car involved in the accident. Thank you Marcel for your kindness and professional! Highly recommend this place to anyone dealing with a tough decision after a car accident.

I just had my car repaired at Assured and they were very good. They did the work really well (the body work looks excellent!) and dealt directly with my insurance company. Assured, and specifically Marcel, supported me when the repairs took a little longer than anticipated because of a backorder on parts that was out of their control. Marcel arranged for either Assured or my insurance company to pick up the extra few days for my car rental which was very much appreciated. I'd recommend Ajax Assured for sure!.

I would absolutely recommend CSN Bonguard to anyone who is looking to have their vehicle repaired. My daughter and I were involved in a collision and Lynn helped make the most stressful situation seem manageable and worry free. She was so communicative and went above and beyond to help me through the collision/insurance process. They stayed open late the night of the collision so I could be towed back from Mississauga, and she even stepped in to help me get a rental car the very next day. It was such a distressing ordeal but I felt so looked after throughout the whole process. Anytime I was confused about insurance etc CSN stepped in to help simplify it for me, I cannot thank Lynn and everyone else enough! And the actual repairs of my car were done quicker than I expected and my car looks brand new again!.

I recently was rear-ended and CSN Bongard Collision really took care of me. It was my first accident. I had so many questions. The team had the rental ready within minutes to pick me up as soon as I dropped off my car. When I picked up my car, it was good as new. The paint colour was my biggest concern and was exactly on point. I had no one to come with me to return the rental and so they arranged for it to be picked up from their parking lot. THE NICEST PEOPLE EVER. Thank you so much to George and the rest of the team at CSN Bongard Collision. I really appreciate your service and dedication to your customers. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get their car fixed in Durham.

They did an amazing job! I spoke to George, Dave and Lyn, they are friendly and accommodating. Took my car twice and I am very happy and satisfied of workmanship! If you guys need car repairs, don’t hesitate to call BONGARD Collision Ajax! Excellent service.

We have used Fix Auto more than once, and have been more than satisfied with the service we have received. Shawn and his team did a great job repairing my van door and panel recently after someone backed into me. The turnaround time was impeccable, the price was right and they even cleaned my van when they were done- inside and out. As a busy mom, this was a very pleasant surprise! Thank you so much, Fix Auto Ajax!.

The service was quick, good price and excellent work. We are very pleased with the work they did. They even cleaned the car after the body work was done. I was overwhelmed with the service I got. Staff is super friendly and customer oriented . Would recommend them to my friends and family. Best experience I’ve had with an auto body shop hands down. The customer service was exceptional.

Faster than predicted, lower price than expected, looks like nothing happened to my car- and the best part- when leaving I realized they cleaned the inside of my car which was (ahem) filthy. No small job and it shines! Totally recommend this place- all staff I met were great very professional. Check them out!.
