We recently remodeled our basement and wanted to upgrade our flooring to something that was high quality and more current. Exel Flooring helped us choose the right flooring for our space and laid the floor in one day! This truly is a family business! They are fantastic to work with, so personable and professional. To top it off, you wouldn't know you had flooring laid - my house was spotless when they left! I can't say enough about the team and this business! I would highly recommend Exel to anyone looking for new flooring.

George and his team at Exel flooring displayed passion during the quoting and install of our carpet. They care about their customers and the product/services they provide. George was friendly, super knowledgeable and provided the pros/cons to the various types of flooring, colours, light colour changes, final install etc. I highly recommend using Exel flooring. A+ Thank you.

Getting a new kitchen floor from Exel Flooring was a terrific experience. The floor is beautiful and Anna, Fotis and Dylan were all great people to deal with. I highly recommend this company.

I came in around September looking for good flooring for my upstairs (4 bedrooms), and I was greeted by Alishan and Aisha. Both of them were super welcoming and professional. I mentioned that I wanted the project done in October, and they were very cooperative right from the start. Alishan was extremely friendly, flexible, and always willing to work around our schedule. When I came back in October ready to make the deal, he made sure I got the best price possible and helped everything go smoothly. We wanted the work done quickly — we made the deal on a Saturday, and by Tuesday the installation started, and by Wednesday it was already complete! Our installer, Emmanuel, was absolutely incredible. He’s one of the friendliest people I’ve met — he made sure the whole family was comfortable and safe during the process and truly brought positive energy into the home. His work was outstanding, clean, and detailed. You can tell he has years of experience and knows exactly what he’s doing. His entire team was also very polite, communicative, and hardworking. Meanwhile, Alishan stayed in touch and handled everything perfectly in the background to make sure things went as planned. If you’re looking for quality flooring and great service, I 100% recommend this place. Ask for Alishan for the best deal, and if you can, get your installation done by Emmanuel — I guarantee you’ll be just as happy with the results as I am.

I highly recommend Hardwood design centre Ajax because their customer service is great Especially Ali Shan (Branch Manager) attitude and dealing with customer was excellent.Quality of material and installation was great. We had a fantastic experience! Ali and his team completely redid the flooring throughout our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Ali went above and beyond to ensure we received the best solution in the most cost-effective way.

Couldn't be happier. Mark was very helpful and professional with initial planning. The installation was finished in one day and was perfect. Jason was profesional, polite and very efficient. They also did a great job of cleaning before they left. I highly recommend Victorious Flooring.

From start to finish, the entire process was simple, and seamless and, the price was reasonable for the work that had to be done. Mark and Jason excelled in customer service, and workmanship. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They will be my go-to for flooring needs from here on in, and possibly the only team I will strongly recommend. Thank you Mark and Jason for a truly amazing experience. It was a pleasure meeting you, and I look forward to working with you again when we move to our new place.

Mark and Team did an amazing job with our carpet replacement. They communicated well and executed the project without any issues. Highly recommended.
