I would absolutely recommend CSN Bonguard to anyone who is looking to have their vehicle repaired. My daughter and I were involved in a collision and Lynn helped make the most stressful situation seem manageable and worry free. She was so communicative and went above and beyond to help me through the collision/insurance process. They stayed open late the night of the collision so I could be towed back from Mississauga, and she even stepped in to help me get a rental car the very next day. It was such a distressing ordeal but I felt so looked after throughout the whole process. Anytime I was confused about insurance etc CSN stepped in to help simplify it for me, I cannot thank Lynn and everyone else enough! And the actual repairs of my car were done quicker than I expected and my car looks brand new again!

I recently was rear-ended and CSN Bongard Collision really took care of me. It was my first accident. I had so many questions. The team had the rental ready within minutes to pick me up as soon as I dropped off my car. When I picked up my car, it was good as new. The paint colour was my biggest concern and was exactly on point. I had no one to come with me to return the rental and so they arranged for it to be picked up from their parking lot.
