My friend Catt told me to bring my SUV to fix auto for repairs an nothing but excellent service from staff, the whole process was as expected 3 days total from start to finish. It was very nice an clean when I picked up. Thank you Gary for always keeping me updated. I will be bringing it back for future repairs an sending my family an friends your way!.

Took my vehicle there to get assessed for how much a hit and run was going to cost. I got the pleasure of meeting Brad. He assessed the car quickly and thought he could buff out some of the light scratches that were there. Well he did just that! He also gave us what he could not fix with the buff as a quote. This was all done within 35 minutes! Great service and exceeded my expectations. Thanks Brad.

Very thorough. Explained everything to me from the process to the work that was to be done. Kept great communication with me while the vehicle was being repaired. Constantly updating me. Vacuumed and cleaned my vehicle before returning it to me. Very professional group to deal with. Would definitely return and use them again in the future.

Hit a deer with our vehicle and after calling a few different places, we were told of CarStar We took our truck to them and they managed to get it done for us. There were some delays but that was a supply chain issue and was no fault of the business. We picked up our repaired pick up last week and were very impressed with the quality of work that was done. Over all very impressed.

I took our Equinox to Carstar after it was hit by a shopping cart which had damaged back door on passenger side. I dropped it off on a Monday they had it done on Thursday. Everyone was very professional at Carstar. They kept me informed during the time they were working on it. We were extremely satisfied with the work they did and appreciated them also cleaning the head lights that needed it done badly. They made us feel extremely pleased we had chose them to repart the damage on our Equinox. They are a first class business and staff. Thank you so much.

I had a really good experience here. Didn't realize I needed a police report for the damage that was done when I brought my vehicle in, but they were so helpful in directing me how to do that right away so they could proceed with repairs. I would highly recommended them. It was a seamless experience.

What a great experience! I was recommend by my insurance company to go with General for my hail claim. Jordyn was efficient and clear with the process. She then booked me in earlier than expected and the job was done in the estimated time. They also emailed a week into the repair with an update. After pickup I had asked about a couple spots and they got back to me right away and arranged to get them fixed up. I am so happy I chose General Collision. Kevin and Jordyn were a pleasure to work with. Thank you!.

They did a excellent job repairing all the hail damage on my truck. Working with them was great, very friendly service! Did really well with keeping me posted on how things were coming along and completed the work in good timing.

Very impressed with the quality of work and the overall experience. Was recommended by insurance company, so glad they did. Highly recommend General Collision Center.
