My car looks amazing - colour is perfectly matched - you would never know I was rear ended. The staff is very friendly, they are all easy going and were laughing and joking both times I was there, giving a very family like atmosphere. The process was very easy from dropping my car off, having the rental company pick me up and then leaving the rental with Northdale when I went to pick up my car. As you can see from the pictures they did an amazing job!! 100% I would go back.

Brilliant service, brilliant craftsmanship, and a more than fair price, maybe a wee bit too fair. Anyways, won’t be taking my vehicle anywhere else, and thanks to Dan and his beauty team. The pictures are before and after.

Our car had dents and scratches on the passenger side. Dan and team did an excellent job repairing it for us. Looks like brand new. Customer service was exceptional and the price was affordable. Thanks again.

Had a car accident and our insurance company had the car towed to CSN Koebel's. The experience was amazing. Mark walked us through the process thoroughly and he was very patient and supportive. We were impressed by the level of professionalism and customer service of the staff. Would definitely recommend CSN Koebel's to our friends.

Great service and great experience! Very smooth process that Ryan and Tracy helped me through. Sent my car in after a hit and run and had it repaired in even less time than anticipated and the work is of high quality with high quality parts.

CSN Koebel’s have been my go-to body repair shop for decades. I do a lot of highway driving as well as local city driving. I am very particular about the condition of my vehicles, including the exterior body. From scratches, dents, a flying transport tire hitting my car once, and a couple of fender benders (the other’s guys fault), CSN has always been there providing exceptional service restoring my cars to mind condition. Staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. With no hesitation I highly recommend CSN Koebel’s.

Towing and repair following an accident. Everyone was so nice from beginning to end, my car looks fantastic inside and out. Such an easy, stress free process. Thank you! - Stephanie H. Répondre

Unfortunately I've had to visit this company more often than I wanted. Attention to detail and I've never had to return my vehicle for poor workmanship. Detailing of my vehicles were amazing, like brand new! I thought I'd review this business after a less than stellar visit to another body shop because I couldn't get my vehicle in here for repairs. There is a reason they are always busy.

Brought my tesla to Jeff at Fix Auto and was treat excellent from start to finish. Pricing was fair and the customer service was A+. Communications was perfect and they repaired it in the time they said they would. Highly recommend them. One happy Customer from Guelph.

Excellent, they have repaired 2 cars over the years and always have been excellent. These photos are of a repair completed today (the lighting is throwing the colour off but it is grey). Note you have to drive around to the back of Parkway Ford.
