This is our second time using CHS. First job they did was all the floors on our main level. We were really happy with the work they did the first time, that we got them to do a full kitchen renovation. The communication from start to finish was on point. Sam was always available to answer any questions we had. Job site was left clean every single time which was important for us. Our kitchen went from probably the ugliest kitchen in Ontario to beautiful! We are very happy of the quality of work Sam & his crew did. We have many more jobs to do and won’t hesitate to use CHS again! A big thank you!.

We contacted Sam Dias at CHS Renos to completely remodel our dated kitchen and couldn’t be more pleased with our choice. Sam professionally organized the various trades to ensure a smooth operation from start to finish with the minimum of disruption of our lives. He is courteous, professional, creative and dedicated to pleasing his customers. We would recommend Sam and CHS Renos very highly.

Sam from CHS Renos was excellent in response and workmanship when I had a leak in the ceiling. As I’m not living in Grimsby but have rental property there , Sam was excellent in communicating with me and got the job done. I will definitely contact them again for any future work for sure.

We had a great experience with Martin and his crew in renovating our unique primary room closet. Martin's communication, fair pricing, and collaborative nature were instrumental in making the process smooth and enjoyable. He not only listened to our ideas but also actively troubleshooted throughout. The project was completed on time and on budget. Both Martin and his crew were respectful and considerate of our home throughout the project. We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend Martin and his crew for any home improvement needs.

Martin came recommended to us from a neighbor and it was a great experience working with him. We started our reno journey with a small crown moulding job in our living room. Martin was quick to come out and take a look, helped us source the moulding and was quick to get the job done. Our living room finally looks polished and finished and we will certainly be using Martin again for our future reno projects.

Thank you Martin for doing a small job on short notice - it’s not just the major projects that prove the value of a craftsman - next big job, you’re top of the list! Your silicone caulking finished off our tub perfectly.

My wife and I are putting our house on the market and wanted some small but necessary repairs done inside our home so it would be ready for staging and selling. We contacted Stan and agreed to have him perform all the odd jobs we had. We purchased all the materials Stan required for the job. We needed to get a corner of the basement wall rebuilt as we had to remove it to do some concrete repair. We also had some baseboards to be replaced and minor repairs to some door casings in the living room. Stan also repaired some faulty electrical outlets and replaced some ceiling tiles in the basement bedroom. We were very pleased with the result. The work was very professional and complete. Stan is very personable and the price was reasonable. We now feel that we will have no problem getting the price we want from the sale of our house. We have already recommended Stan to our friends and our realtor.

Ancaster Handyman was reliable, dependable & efficient. He gave us a price which we agreed on & proceeded to get the job done. He was trustworthy. If you need a handyman & you want the job done call the Ancaster Handyman. You will be glad you did.

I recently contacted Stan to install a small window in my back door. Stan did a great job. He worked quickly and efficiently and the price was very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Stan again for any future jobs around the house, either large or small.
