3 Meilleurs Designers et Décorateurs D'intérieur à Ottawa, ON

We have been so impressed with the services and support we’ve had from Oakwood. New to renovation, we found the design centre extremely helpful - seeing different room designs and arrays of fixtures, flooring, cabinets etc all in one place allows comparison when one-off pictures do not. And importantly, ruling out what we didn’t want so we could focus on choices in the yes! category. Our project manager and designer were skilled in identifying best options and value for money choices. We really enjoyed a process that initially had made us so nervous. Helping us navigate through so many choices and avoiding mistakes that we’d have to live with was a blessing.

The Oakwood Design Centre (Oakwood Designers & Builders) creates the dreams you did not even know you had and turns them into reality. The showrooms are beyond stunning, exhibiting exceptional design and craftsmanship. The Oakwood team is professional, engaged and provides a top tier level of customer service. The Oakwood Design Centre has to be top of mind for considering custom home builds and dream renovations.

We worked with OakWood in the past to work on out master bedroom and bathroom. Our experience back then was overall very positive, and when we decided to potentially change our kitchen we contacted OakWood again. The designer we were paired with worked with us extensively to show us what our kitchen could look like. When we started, we were not convinced it was worth doing the work, as we weren't sure our house would lend itself to the kind of change we had in mind and were hoping for. Basically what we were lacking was a vision of what was possible in our limited space. OakWood's designer was able to show us several designs of what she thought the kitchen could look like and seeing her ideas sold us on the idea to take on this reno. Together with the designer we were able to quickly and efficiently design a beautiful kitchen, and we found the new approach refreshing and helpful. Being able to come to the design centre and make 75% of all of our decisions and product choices right there and then was huge. And our designer was fantastic in understanding our wants and needs for the space and made some key changes and recommendations that make the kitchen such a great space to work and be in now. Once demolition started, the project was handed over to to OakWood's Project Manager. And we can't say enough about how great the PM was. As in any reno, we encountered several surprises and issues, but he dealt with them all in such a calm and measured way that we felt confident at all times that our project was in good hands. Now that the kitchen is done, we have been thoroughly enjoying our new space. We love every single aspect of our kitchen, and I can't think of a single thing we would have done differently. I am also confident that if we hadn't chosen OakWood and hadn't gotten to work with their designer, PM, and their respective teams, the experience and end result would not have been nearly as positive.

This is an incredible firm to work with, for many reasons. They listened to our objectives carefully, came back with a proposal that blew us away, then lined up phenomenal trades teams. Every step of the way was done with care, and we were kept in the loop every step. When the rubber hits the road, and the work starts, things continued with the same level of quality. Beautiful workmanship from people who care. Every trade person we met was amazing. And now that the whole process is complete, we love it. Great design combined with beautiful workmanship and gorgeous furnishings shows us that we made the absolute right choice in trusting West Of Main. We are very grateful to Kayla, Alicia and the whole team.

We hired WOM to re-design our living room. The expectations were clear from the beginning. We felt our requests, demands and tastes were heard and respected. The process was thorough and communication was transparent. Every step of the process was done in a timely fashion and the budget was respected. Sasha, Anna and the other team members we dealt with were all knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. The end result has exceeded our expectations.

Our experience with West of Main interior design firm was nothing short of exceptional. After being mesmerized by a friend's newly designed home by West of Main, we knew we had to enlist their expertise to breathe life into our 25-year-old house. From the outset, we handed them carte blanche, hoping for a total transformation and they surpassed our wildest expectations. The scope of our project was extensive – a complete home renovation of our main and second floors, the addition of a screened-in porch, a total redesign of the front and backyard landscaping as well as furnishing and decorating the entire home! Their team tackled every aspect with finesse, from removing load bearing & mechanical walls in the kitchen, revamping bathrooms, sourcing and procuring all new finish materials for the inside and the outside. They even selected all new trees and plants alongside their trusted horticulturist to ensure that the aesthetics and our green thumb requirements were met! We were blown away by their attention to detail and their ability to turn our dream into reality, seamlessly. What truly set West of Main apart was their turnkey approach. They managed every facet of the project, from presenting mood boards and cost spreadsheets to coordinating with engineers and overseeing construction. Throughout the process, they kept us informed and engaged, ensuring that we felt comfortable every step of the way. Their choice of Contractors for the interior renovations and of Landscapers for the exterior work were impeccable. Each professional brought their unique talents to the table, resulting in a cohesive and stunning end result. And when the time came for the home reveal, they orchestrated a flawless white glove delivery and installation. Walking through our transformed home, guided by their team and accompanied by a glass of champagne, was an unforgettable moment. We cannot thank the West of Main team enough for their dedication and expertise. If you're seeking a turnkey design service that exceeds expectations, look no further than West of Main. Highly recommended.
