After dealing with many significant deficiencies after another roofing company cut corners and botched the job, J and M came to the rescue. We were delightfully surprised by the level and efficiency of the service they provided. Not only were they quick to arrive, they provided a few options on how to address the remediation required, taking into consideration our timeline and budget. They followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied and invited us to contact them with any questions or concerns. We cant recommend them enough. We will definitely be inviting this company to do any roofing work we have in the future. Well done.

Beautiful job on our house and garage roofs. Professional and very easy to communicate with. Price was fair and everything explained in detail. Would highly recommend J & M. Any questions we did have were dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Residential Roof and shed shingled. High quality material and quality workmanship - fully addressing all our needs. Very competitive pricing for architectural shingle. Highly recommended by this residence owner.

Sheldon and his team did an excellent job and everything was as advertised. They install a full roofing system, and don't cut corners to offer the cheapest quote and chase the bottom of the market. South Peak replaced my roof and most importantly the workmanship was high quality, and I would highly recommend this company.

I contacted South Peak for a quote to replace shingles on my house and garage after being referred by my neighbor. The quote was received within a week. Sheldon was very helpful explaining product selection, warranty, installation process and his crew. The work was started and completed as expected. The cleanup was great. I highly recommend South Peak for the job. Thanks for the great work.

roof only installed a few weeks ago but looks great. Sheldon is great to work with, prompt, professional and very personable. Work crew were excellent with very good client interaction.

I can't thank you guys enough for coming on the roof and repairing a very damaged roof. The trust and respect I have for Ram go far greater than words can explain. They explained all the products in great detail so I knew exactly what was being applied on the roof, they did what other companies didn't do actually fixing it as we wait for the approval to go in to have the roof replaced. My number 1 phone call will only be going to Ram as other companies just collect a paycheck and walk away. Rock Solid company.

My favourite thing about RAM Exteriors is the simply wonderful human being that is their receptionist. Her name is Hannah. Seriously, if you ever get a chance to strike up a conversation with that lady do it. And their candy bowl..... they have an excellent candy bowl. I suspect Hannah has something to do with that as well.

These guys were fantastic. They redid our entire roof complete with new decking. Justin and his crew worked clean and efficiently, made sure everything was 100% before they considered the job done. It is the best looking roof on the block. They are now our contractor of choice. Great job guys.
