A much belated Google Review and a BIG shout out to Nova Doors And Windows! We had a beautiful new door installed at the end of September 2023 (in addition to two new living room windows). From initial consultations with our sales representative, Creg Hayes, followed by an on-site measure and an offer of a very reasonable quote, we proceeded with the project. Today, many months later, a Nova Doors service technician came by to adjust the lock plate on the door frame - Damon quickly determined the source of the issue and in no time had it working smoothly. Wish we had made the call months ago and saved ourselves unnecessary frustration. This company really lives by its motto "We make it... we install it... we guarantee it!" - Thanks Nova Doors And Windows team from the Pottle family - Cedar Street, Halifax.

From the sale to installation couldn't be happier with Chris, Shane and Randy. Had seven window and three doors installed to my home. The installation team were polite and very professional, taking extreme care to ensure we were happy with the end product. Will defiantly recommend Nova as the go to place for new Windows and Doors. Thanks for everything.

Couldn’t be happier with the work completed, we had 10 windows replaced. The guys doing the install were professional, and polite. Top notch workmanship and would highly recommend Nova Windows.

Being a busy Realtor & Property Manager, I only have time to deal with quality service providers. I have dealt with Metro Windows & Doors for many, many years for both personal & client renovations (large & small). Their pricing is competitive and service is great. I look forward to working with Metro Windows & Doors on many more renovations in the future!.

I had 8 different people out to give quotes and you are the reason I chose Metro Windows. Your way of explaining things to people, and also the email that you gave explained every detail and your customer service was why I went with you. I hope you pass this on to your bosses because you deserve to be recognized for your great work. So do the guys that came and installed the windows. Good customer service is hard to find and Metro Windows exceeded my expectations.

The best decision we made during our house renovations was choosing Metro Windows to supply new windows and doors to replace all our old ones. For those who are thinking of getting new windows, you will be absolutely happy, guaranteed! Thank you Metro Windows.

I recently had six windows replaced in our home and we could not be happier with both the product and the installation. The installers were on time and went about their work in a timely manner. The two installers are to be commended for their professionalism and their attention to doing a truly exceptional installation. Would we recommend or use Metro Windows again we most certainly would and highly recommend them. - Doug H. Répondre

Mark was excellent measuring and planning the potential sale. Above and beyond in thinking through swing directions for doors and swing types/direction and paint line coverage. He put great effort into measuring and deducing existing framing dimensions whereas the competition mostly only measured glazed surfaces, which would have resulted in a less then perfect fit and more re-framing. The install went fine. Well, fine-ish The front door ended up not being installed right and this is where I would give 6 stars if I could. The error took a couple months to manifest, with the door rubbing in its frame in ever increasing amounts. I called their office and a review of the issue was quickly booked with no fuss. The gentleman they sent arrived early, thoroughly assessed the door and then reset and properly re-hung the door without taking any short cuts. Great company with a group that cares about their outcomes. 5/5 will definitely recommend.

We own multiple properties and used Windows Plus to insult windows in one of them. Mark started the whole process and set the bar very high for his team, he was fantastic to deal with from day one! The day of insulation the team arrived early at the property and finished at the time they said they would be done! My tenants actually texted me an shared with me how polite and clean the team was. Windows Plus is by far the best home improvement company I have ever used. Thanks Mark and Team!.

I recently had 3 windows installed by this company. I am surprised how excellent service they provide! From the first call, having them for the estimate and delivery/ installation! 10/10 They were kind, respectful, explained everything what they doing! After the job was done, they cleaned up! Highly recommended.
