Your way of explaining things to people, and also the email that you gave explained every detail and your customer service was why I went with you. Mark was excellent measuring and planning the potential sale. Above and beyond in thinking through swing directions for doors and swing types/direction and paint line coverage. He put great effort into measuring and deducing existing framing dimensions whereas the competition mostly only measured glazed surfaces, which would have resulted in a less then perfect fit and more re-framing. The install went fine. Well, fine-ish The front door ended up not being installed right and this is where I would give 6 stars if I could. The error took a couple months to manifest, with the door rubbing in its frame in ever increasing amounts. I called their office and a review of the issue was quickly booked with no fuss. The gentleman they sent arrived early, thoroughly assessed the door and then reset and properly re-hung the door without taking any short cuts. Great company with a group that cares about their outcomes. 5/5 will definitely recommend.

We own multiple properties and used Windows Plus to insult windows in one of them. Mark started the whole process and set the bar very high for his team, he was fantastic to deal with from day one! The day of insulation the team arrived early at the property and finished at the time they said they would be done! My tenants actually texted me an shared with me how polite and clean the team was. From the first call, having them for the estimate and delivery/ installation! 10/10 They were kind, respectful, explained everything what they doing! After the job was done, they cleaned up!
