We took the jump and had 7 windows replaced, 2 of which were bow windows. The crew were friendly, prompted, great communicators, respectful, efficient and professional! The installers worked with us when we were unsure on trim in a particular room. They went the extra mile and sourced out a different molding so it would match the molding in the room. The trim lines-up perfectly, the caulking applied is very slick/clean and the space was tidied up at the end of each day. Their work is clean and the final result looks amazing. We can say with confidence Nova Doors & Windows exceeded the hope and expectation we had. Highly recommend!

Had a new opening cut and a new window installed. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Install was expected for late in the summer, but they managed to squeeze me in way earlier. Window appears to be of very high quality, despite being one of their simpler models. In and out in a day. Very competitive prices and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Thanks so much for the fantastic job, we had a number of windows replaced and our siding done. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend them to everyone, a great deal of care and attention to detail. The work crew noticed gaps in our insulation and took the time to point that out and help us fill it in around some of our older windows. (Many people wouldn’t have taken that time , just slapped the casing over it and we’d have never known.) You guys knocked it out of the park, appreciate it very much.
The installers did an amazing job; professional, on time, and thoughtful of your home environment while work is being completed. Very happy with the final product. Well worth the wait!

Just had a new bay window installed today from Metro. Crew did an amazing job and the attention to detail was second to none . Randy,Cliff and Corey had the old one out in no time and got the new one in with little to no issues. I am especially pleased with how they completed the trim on the inside. I highly recommend Metro Windows and Doors. From estimation to sales and install they are priced fairly and totally professional from start to finish. Now that main floor is complete will do the second floor in the spring.As far as i am concerned I would not recommend anyone else . Well done !!!!
