I came in around September looking for good flooring for my upstairs (4 bedrooms), and I was greeted by Alishan and Aisha. Both of them were super welcoming and professional. I mentioned that I wanted the project done in October, and they were very cooperative right from the start. Alishan was extremely friendly, flexible, and always willing to work around our schedule. When I came back in October ready to make the deal, he made sure I got the best price possible and helped everything go smoothly. We wanted the work done quickly — we made the deal on a Saturday, and by Tuesday the installation started, and by Wednesday it was already complete! Our installer, Emmanuel, was absolutely incredible. He’s one of the friendliest people I’ve met — he made sure the whole family was comfortable and safe during the process and truly brought positive energy into the home. His work was outstanding, clean, and detailed. You can tell he has years of experience and knows exactly what he’s doing. His entire team was also very polite, communicative, and hardworking. Meanwhile, Alishan stayed in touch and handled everything perfectly in the background to make sure things went as planned. If you’re looking for quality flooring and great service, I 100% recommend this place.
