Our Family truly appreciates the work done by the funeral home to provide excellent service during a tough period. They were supportive, sympathetic, respectful and very accommodating. I was not in a state of mind to appreciate their helpful and graceful conduct at the very moment, but in the subsequent days, I am grateful for the way they conducted everything with Care and Dignity. Thank you to Barry Mcnulty and his team.

We recently lost our father and used the services of McEvoy-Shields. We were very pleased with the attention, help and support provided by the staff. There were more options and details to decide on than we had realized and the staff were good at presenting and tailoring everything to our needs. I was also pleasantly surprised with the care and assistance provided afterwards with the required notifications to government. Special thank you to Greg Baca and Melissa Prinzen. The Hill family.

We really appreciate how well we were treated at McEvoy-Shields Funeral home. We lost mom on Christmas Eve. They immediately took control of the situation and put us at ease. Barry was very kind and professional. He explained different options and then walked us through every step. We were taken aback by how they presented mom to us when we picked her up after she was cremated. It was so beautiful. Thank you for taking care of all our needs during this difficult time. We would recommend McEvoy-Shields for your funeral needs.

Mr. Kellerman and his team were available and very helpful to our family. Consistently professional in all communication and quick with replies. They were able to accommodate our many requests and assist us in problem solving to ensure Dad received both the visitation and funeral service he asked for and deserved.

I dealt with this company and was so happy with the help that was given in such a terrible time. I definitely recommend using them they are very professional. I used them for my husbands service. As well we had prepaid for our funeral by monthly payments almost 12 years ago. We've been using this company for years for all of our family and relatives on both the Quebec and ontario side.

I highly recommend the services here. They really took care of all our families needs and exceeded our expectations. The staff is so kind and caring.

Our experience started off unusually as our grandmother was in the process of arranging a funeral for her daughter. While completing the finishing arrangements, our grandmother ended up passing as well. Robin was so easy to work with and showed a lot of empathy towards our family. Everything we mentioned or asked for she made happen thank you! It’s not easy dealing with one funeral let alone two at a time but Capital made sure to make it as painless as possible. I want to give a special shout out to Warren G as well. You got thrown into our situation with little time to prepare, and you were fantastic! You took us on with short notice and executed efficiently and with professionalism. We truly appreciate how Capital took care of both arrangements and I would recommend Capital funeral home to my family and friends!.

The staff at Capital Memorial Gardens were of tremendous assistance in navigating unexpected obstacles in the internment of my friend. Randy and Keisha were able to offer real and affordable alternatives which were in keeping with my friend's wishes. Their help and support throughout this time made this internment a beautiful memory for me. Thank you does not adequately cover their care and professionalism.

Many thanks to all the staffs of Capital Funeral Home & Cemetery for their professional arrangements and excellent services provided to my in law’s funeral service. Thank you for your kindness and great support. I also want to express my deep gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Rexan Wong. With the understanding of our culture and background she gave many good recommendations and options on each step of whole funeral process. The service was very smooth and meaningful as result. Rexan definitely deserve a 5-star review for her professionalism, thoughtful help and passionate care.
