Needed personal laundry (wash & fold) service when both our washer and dryer broke in the same week. With little kids we had a good amount to do after and after I dropped it off at Peloso it was done in less than 24 hours and all items were perfectly washed and folded. The owner is SO kind and friendly and there is no mystery why he is the best of the best in Ottawa! Highly recommend for the customer service and excellent results. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I've been going to Peloso for 5 years and have experienced nothing less than outstanding service from Joe and his team! They consistently deliver perfectly cleaned and pressed garments, and their attention to detail is unmatched. Plus, their quick turnaround times make the whole experience even better. Will never go to another dry cleaners.

I highly recommend Peloso Cleaner for their excellent service. They consistently deliver on time, ensuring my clothes are ready when promised. Their attention to cleanliness is impressive. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience.

Staying in Ottawa for conference and needed a laundromat near to the Fairmont. This little gem is in the Byward market area. Excellent service they have both washing and drying machines. The owner was extremely helpful and even recommended the closet coffee shop for great coffee. $10 for one load of washing and drying.

I had my Canada Goose down jacket delivered and cleaned and it felt like a clean wash, so I'll be back next year! The lady at the front desk is lovely.

Excellent service and timely turnaround for both my business attire drycleaning and even deep cleaning of our area rugs. Highly recommended.

Fast, courteous service. Needed a suit cleaned and pressed for an event that week. Did a great job. Ready as promised.

Let me tell you all how this is the most phenomenal place ever, I dropped off clothes on Wednesday with a short turn around time. They were supper accommodating, I came late on Friday to pick it up passed the closing time and the owner came back and opened it for me in order to give me my dad's clothes, he was kind, caring, didn't make me feel bad, made sure everything was okay and i was okay. I will be moving all of my business here, for dry cleaning cause this is an amazing local business that needs to be supported Thank you for saving me.

Excellent, professional and friendly service. Thank you.
