Received excellent customer service at a fair price. The owner of the company promptly fixed my laptop within an hour and patiently addressed all my concerns about the device and operating system. His generosity extended to providing Microsoft Office and a new browser software. Overall, I am highly satisfied with both the quality of work and service provided.

Very honest and open about my computer problems. Helped identify that my PC had died, explained what needed to be fixed and was very thorough. Dude is great, just a little abrupt, but like "time is money" so I had no problems.

Best service ever. I have brought computers to george a couple times and always have received excellent and timely service. This week we had an issue and George was able to look at the computer right away and resolved the issues. He even talked us through network issues we were having at home. I highly recommend the Hard Drive Cafe.

I highly recommend George to everyone. He quickly and efficiently identified the problem with my computer, honestly communicated the costs involved in fixing it vs data recovery, and provided all services at an incredibly reasonable cost. It is clear that he is highly knowledgeable and well respected by his clients. I will certainly come back should I ever need support with any of my devices.

This is THE best place to get your laptop fixed or cleaned. We had spilled juice all over our Macbook keyboard, and George was able to repair with no problem. The prices are unbeatable. Regardless of whether you have a tech question or issue, these guys know their stuff.

I've been meaning to get my computer issue fixed for a long time and finally got around to it. Ben, who is very friendly, was fantastic and even fixed other issues I wasn't aware of, which I was very grateful for. I was blown away by the service and the price I received. I definitely recommend his service.

I called Device Reboot hoping that they would be able to fix my broken Switch joystick before I had to go back home, and not only did they repair it that day, but gave me 120 day warranty on the joystick and fixed it in 30 minutes! I was blown out of the water with the amazing service Ben had given me, thank you so much! Now I can get back to playing all my games with no problem.
