3 Meilleurs Services De Fosses Septiques à Halifax, NS

Lloyd and his son were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Lloyd gave me some pointers on how to prepare before his arrival as I had to dig down about 2 feet to my septic tanks. He and his son worked really fast and they also installed the risers and new covers, which I had purchased, at a very reasonable charge. I couldn't have asked for better service and highly recommend A to Z.

Had an urgent issue off hours and Lloyd took my call and gave me lots of great technical support free of charge before any repair. Thanks a lot.

Lloyd answered my calls, or called me back shortly after when he was out of service. Excellent customer service and was able to resolve my issues very quickly.

Had issues with my septic pump and had to get it emptied soonest because I had a plumber booked. The first 3 companies I contacted were too busy so I looked up Prospect Septic Services and could book online and they were available the next day to my surprise. They kept me informed of their wareabouts and showed up promptly after their last call. The gentlemen that came over was jovial and very professional. He went above and beyond to make sure that my covers where set back in place and we struggled to get them on but he never lost his good sense of humour. If all companies providing services had employees like him, life would be so much more pleasant. I also would like to commend the owner for his honesty. He quoted me a price but contacted me later to tell me that the cost would be $100.00 dollars less because they had permission to dump at a closer location. Now how many companies would have done this...really He didn't have to do this but he showed a level of honesty rarely seen these days. I will not hesitate to tell my friends as this company deserves all the support from people in HRM it can handle.

First class all the way. First time dealing with this company and will be sure to refer to others in our industry. Prompt response to a request and didn’t break a sweat completing the task. Thanks to Brad for being a pro.

I had my septic tank pumped out yesterday … I’ve been using this company for more than 15 years now. They are always professional and I feel confident this family owed business actually cares. Just had a follow call from them… truthfully who does that now a days … I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

My grinder pump suddenly died leaving me without flushable toilets and without the ability to drain water. I was desperate as everybody I called was un available, some for weeks. The wonderful lady the other side of the phone clearly sensed my desperation and worked behind the scenes to fit me into their busy schedule. I did indeed get fit in today and I am so very grateful and appreciative of the incredible service!! My new pump was able to be installed after the tank was pumped out and I'm back up and running! Thank you Hilchie.

I've use Hilchie to have my tank pumped on three separate occasions since I've owned my house. They've been nothing but prompt, polite and professional. Scheduling an appointment is easy and they always seem to have somebody ready. Now that I see they also do other services I wouldn't hesitate to call them for those as well. I'm always impressed with the driver's ability to back that giant truck up my long narrow driveway.

We always use Hilchie to pump our septic system. Professional, reliable and local. Recently they responded to our septic pump alarm event and went above and beyond to get us up and running again before the oncoming snow storm. Would recommend 12 times out of 10.
