Unfortunately I lost my only key for my old Goldwing motorcycle. All I had was one of the lock sets with the key code so checked in with the gentleman here. Within about 5 minutes, cost right where I expected, and excellent service, I had a new key in hand. It worked in the lock I had with me and the bike ignition when I got home too. It happened to be the last blank key he had for that application so I will be going back to get a second once they have more in stock. For now, I'm a happy guy with my old bike back on the road! Highly recommended.

Staff are efficient and prompt. If they can do it they will let you know...if that cannot they do not waste your time (ie micro chip auto keys) prices are fair and service is excellent! Every key I have ever had made there works....unlike the automated machines at their competitors.

Gordon is such a delight! Arrived right after he called and even fixed my sticky garage door lock. Cleaned and oiled my front door lock. Definitely the company to call! Thanks Gordon.

We have a grandfather clock and the key broke off in the locking mechanism leaving the door in the locked position. Ted stated from the beginning that he was not sure if they could fix/open the clock door. If they were successful, there would be a price, if, no cost. More than fair! Less than 20 minutes later fixed!!!!! One happy customer here! Underpromise, overdeliver!!!!! Gotta love that! Would definitely call Ted and his team again!.

Greatly appreciated the prompt attention to service call request - quick install of new lock system - Ted and his installer were friendly, professional and service cost was very fair.

We have been using these guys for years. Pricing is very competative and the small city feel is why we keep using these guys.

If there were more stars we would add them! Rick went above and beyond to work with us on getting a key for the truck made at last minute. Next level customer service, integrity and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks so much Academy Locksmith. You are awesome.
