3 Meilleurs Constructeurs De Maisons à Belleville, ON

My sister and brother in-law hired Alair homes again because they and their family have also hired them over the years and they all know how exceptionally great they are. I am writing the review because I was living in the home where they were working while sis was away. Bill and his assistant Derek were absolutely skillful, communicative and always available for any questions. In fact there were a few times where they just went that extra mile just to help me out. They made sure to consult us for every decision and when minds were changed, they were more than happy to shift direction! I really was blown away to see everything come together so well. All the contractors from the tilers to the carpenters to the painters were adept at the work they had to do and everything was finished with complete care in the time arranged time frame. If I ever have a home built or renovated you can bet I would call Alair homes.

We work with Alair Homes on various projects being Electrical Contractors for them. They are organized, keep a clean site, and are great to work with! There level of detail and quality of work they provide are second to none! If your in the market to build your dream home or start a renovation I would recommend using Alair Homes.

I have used Alair’s services on more than one occasion and I have found that Brendan approaches each project as if he is the client. He understands what is needed and knows how to get it done in the most effective and efficient way. His communication is stellar – always thorough and spot on with the right answers. It is always a pleasure to work with him. I give him/them my highest recommendation.

We bought a new Town home from Geertsma. From day one our experience has been exceptional. Tony has been phenomenal in answering any questions, adapting to our requirements, etc. He has helped us multiple times & has gone above & beyond his job responsibility. The experience in selecting the material, paint, etc for the house was easy & beautiful. The whole team at Geertsma has been great. But one of our favourite part was the closing day. We went to see the house & found the house is cleaned professionally with a special Thank you card from Andy & gift cards for the local fool place. There was a tool kit with every day tools plus toiletries. So we did not have to worry about anything. A TRUE TURN KEY Home. We feel blessed to have dealt with such an awesome builder :) Kudos to you All!! Thank you Geertsma Homes Team.

I love my townhouse!! Been in it for three years almost. Even though it was a new build, I had it inspected by a long time friend and fully qualified building inspector. He said it was above code on insulation and very well built. I never hear my neighbour attached to me. The layout and finishes are lovely. Service was great. There were some small cosmetic details at first which they addressed right away. No complaints, highly recommend.

I love my Geertsma home. They have earned my trust as a builder which is no east feat.

Highly recommend staying away from buying or building a home from Hilden Homes.

Really tried to assist me in the search for our new house.

Beutiful houses pleasure to deal with Eric and staff go the extra mile for your house!!!.
