Chris was clear and communicative about his arrival time and costs when I gave him a call at 9pm. He took a quick look at the door and had it open in a jiffy with no damage to the lock or door. Very grateful! Besides being good at his job, we also had a great chat which honestly turned my mood around after the stress of being locked out. I would absolutely recommend Patrick's Locksmith Service to anyone in the area.

Called Patrick’s (Chris Patrick) to install a second lock on my door. There was no rush but Chris made sure he would be there the same day. He was professional, fast , friendly and affordable. I would highly recommended him .

Chris was fantastic - he was quick to respond to my initial email and was at my house to rekey next day. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Can't recommend enough for anyone in the Niagara needing locksmith services.

I would 100% recommend Niagara Region Master Key to anyone. My key broke off my key fob and I needed a replacement. He was so kind and his prices are extremely reasonable. He was also honest and gave me the option to program the buttons myself (i chose to pay the $20 and just have him do it for me lol). Great service, great prices, great guy.

This is a guy who knows what he is doing and is awesome at it. Thank you for the help on the old truck keys, will be recommending anyone I know to Niagara Region Master Key.

Great guy, very knowledgeable. I definitely took my problem to the right guy. He was able to rebuild my ignition, which saved me a ton of money, and I didn't have to carry 2 sets of keys. Definitely recommended.

What an amazing experience with Kevin!! We reached out Sunday night of the August Civic long weekend in an emergency type situation. Kevin arrived, fixed our locks and gave us peace of mind within 2 hours of calling. Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant and professional experience in such a bad situation. Thanks for everything Kevin and will highly recommend.
