Absolutely brilliant embroidery work done by Instant Imprints on my brand new Hellcat. After going to 10 different shops around Niagara and GTA I thought I try my luck in this brand new store that just opened a month ago. I was greeted by a very sweet girl, Sam. She listened to what I needed to get done and did not hesitate to tell me that it would be done exactly just the way I wanted it to be. At first I was a little skeptical because I did not want to take that risk on brand new leather headrest. But the owners and employees seemed very confident in their work. In just 2 days they called me up and said it was completed! I was shocked and I will def. be going back there to get more work done!. They do everything from shirts, hats, pens, signs, coffee mugs, flags, u name it! 5/5 from me.

Very friendly service. Needed a banner done quickly, and it was done within several hour, not to mention the result is absolutely stunning and price more than fair! Highly recommend - support a local business.

I came into the store with no box. I looked at the ones on display and was disappointed when I didn't see one that would work. The gentleman went behind the desk and pulled out a box that fit like a glove. I got a quote for my package fast and make the interaction easy. Thank you very much.

My first time into the UPS store and I was delighted to see that this was the same family who used to own a corner store close to where I lived growing up. They are and have always been friendly and personal. The service has been great at the UPS store. Happy to run into you again! See you soon.

Great place to get you Passport photos done, fast and friendly service. Lots of free parking.

We had a last minute project idea that we were not sure could be completed by Christmas, We went in and spoke to the owner who worked with us and said he would see what he could do. Not only was it finished in time, it was beyond what we expected as they came up with a few different options and created an amazing finished product. A special thank you to Christina who helped put the project together.

Needed a large format poster printed last minute for my wedding. I had to call and email to get a price but it was cheaper than Staples and other chains and businesses that I priced out online. It was also available quicker than any other option.

Great Service! I needed a map printed quickly, and they had no problem accomodating! Would highly recommend.
