From the moment I walked into Mike Knapp Ford, I felt more like a friend to them than a customer. I was assisted and offered choices, not pushed towards something I didn't want. When I set up a test drive, Josh literally had it ready and running for me, then gave me the full rundown on all the car had to offer. Once I made my choice, Blair and Mike made the entire transaction so easy. I highly recommend Mike Knapp Ford, the staff truly make the experience fun and enjoyable. This wasn't my first purchase from there and won't be my last either.

Dealing with Steve makes buying a truck very easy and stress free. It is our fourth purchase with him. He is excellent at tailoring to our needs and making us feel very comfortable with our purchase. Igor deserves a mention as well, fine tuning and making the paper work seamless. Great guys and professional, really making the customer feel important and putting in the effort! Thanks guys.

Took my truck into service for a small warranty repair. Service manager Bill is top notch always keeping me updated on the repair and offering advice and guidance on other not related vehicle items. He is courteous and highly knowledgeable on all things relating to Ram trucks. This business should definitely be considered in your next purchase or service. The service department is top notch in my humble opinion. Thanks to all.

We bought our brand new Ram from Rose City with the help of Roland, Mark, Dana and service from Brandon! This team truly went above and beyond for us. The service was done in a timely manner & we feel valued & supported by the Rose City team as we navigated our first new car purchase. We look forward to bringing the truck in for oil changes & other services & see these lovely helpful faces again.

I recently bought a new car from Sarah Gabor, the salesperson at Welland Toyota. I was very impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, and customer service. She explained the features of the new car and answered all my questions. She also gave me a fair price and a good deal on my trade in. She made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a new car. She is one of the best salespeople I have dealt with. Thank you, Sarah, for making my new car buying experience a great one.

I purchased a 2023 Tacoma in July 2023. The sales person was Sarah Gabor, she was great, knowledgeable and professional. She seemed committed to ensuring I knew everything I needed to know about this truck. The financing and paper work was done by Ivan who was also courteous and patient. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to go back.
