Had issues with my septic pump and had to get it emptied soonest because I had a plumber booked. The first 3 companies I contacted were too busy so I looked up Prospect Septic Services and could book online and they were available the next day to my surprise. They kept me informed of their wareabouts and showed up promptly after their last call. The gentlemen that came over was jovial and very professional. He went above and beyond to make sure that my covers where set back in place and we struggled to get them on but he never lost his good sense of humour. If all companies providing services had employees like him, life would be so much more pleasant. I also would like to commend the owner for his honesty. He quoted me a price but contacted me later to tell me that the cost would be $100.00 dollars less because they had permission to dump at a closer location. Now how many companies would have done this...really?? He didn't have to do this but he showed a level of honesty rarely seen these days. I will not hesitate to tell my friends as this company deserves all the support from people in HRM it can handle.

My grinder pump suddenly died leaving me without flushable toilets and without the ability to drain water. I was desperate as everybody I called was un available, some for weeks. The wonderful lady the other side of the phone clearly sensed my desperation and worked behind the scenes to fit me into their busy schedule. I did indeed get fit in today and I am so very grateful and appreciative of the incredible service!! My new pump was able to be installed after the tank was pumped out and I'm back up and running!
