Contacted Flow Cleaning to clean my aprtment for move out and from the very first call I knew I had the right people. Monica emailed me right away with details on how to book and place a deposit. The cleaners did an amazing job on everything, picky landlord couldn't find a single thing wrong! Would absolutely reccomend them!

We just had the Flow cleaning services come in to do a deep cleaning of our apartment ahead of us getting ready to move, and the outcome was amazing. I don't think our apartment has been this clean since we moved in, and they made the appointment work while I was out of town! Very highly recommend, and I'm looking forward to having them come again.

I contacted them for a cleaning in Oromocto. They mentioned how they couldn't fit a regular cleaning in but a one time clean should not be a problem. They went through the entire walkthrough process, which I had to take time away from work for. They got me to review the agreement, to which I accepted. Only to find out the next day that their cleaners refused to go to Oromocto. This is a result of poor management. I should have been told Oromocto was not possible before a walkthrough even happened. Management tried to backtrack on what they said about a one time clean not being a problem and tried to phrase it as if they said it was ify if they could fit it in at all. ICLEAN NB

John called and spoke with myself on March 17th for around 12 minutes. As soon as he contacted me, I stated that we were very full on schedules (as I mainly operate scheduling) but if he was looking for a one time cleaning, and I quote, "I could likely fit 3 hours here or there into things". He seemed to understand but spoke over me a couple of times. His wife was in the background as well speaking on a few environmental things and date the house was built. Nothing major; I was grateful for her input. He explained how he received my contact information and explained that his wife had been ill. Due to her illness, they both had not been able to clean in quite sometime but were thinking that the cleaning would be beneficial for her illness. New build home that needed HVAC cleaning to start. So, I tried to troubleshoot what would be the cause and I was left empty handed for them. I fully believe that good customer service is giving answers to clients, even if that answer results in a "no". Because I am in head office; and my lead in fredericton area does walk throughs, I suggested that she perform a walk through to get a good visual. Educate where things might be needed and see what could be done on the cleaning side after HVAC was in. I suggested a time that the lead gave me and John began asking how long the walk through would take. I educated that they take 15-20 minutes and he asked for a later time as he was in meetings at the original time. I received the estimate from the lead over that weekend and I asked client care to inform John. The estimate came in at around 18 hours to be successful at a clean. John began nitpicking time and stating he had a budget of around 9 hours. Questioning why floors would take a certain amount of time? Why one bathroom would need more than another? Standard questions but reducing hours on a suggested clean for an illness that is suspected to be airborne or environmental is very conducive to the entire clean. Regardless of both time frames given (18 hours or 8), I was stressed that we were not able to fit John in at all on this larger than expected clean. I then saw an opening on April 8th into the scheduling app to accommodate a full day cleaning. After John stating that he refused to pay for the cleaners lunch where it's a full day (which was understood anyhow) After completing the scheduling and submitting, I was promptly advised that this particular cleaner was not comfortable going to that neighborhood. I had no further options and tried to professionally explain to him that cleaners do have the right to refuse going to certain locations. He believes this is a mismanagement however I professionally believe that to force a person in an area that they may have discomfort in performing professional tasks not to be successful. This is how iClean wishes to support it's staff. Since John does not have a right to the knowledge that I do on WHY the cleaner refused to go in that area, I feel that John is being preposterous. To be able to clarify things with John and offer further solutions, I called him to explain. Again he cut me off and minimized that the drive was only 15 minutes. He threatened to do a poor review and I said I was ok with that given that I'm supporting my cleaner and their professional and personal choices. I was going to offer him other companies to seek help but I concluded that John wanted to be right more than he wanted the end result of a clean home for his ill wife. I ended the call with telling him to have a great day.

I found Iclean through this website & I think it’s only fair to leave my review here! I was blown away by Iclean’s magic on a recent move in clean they done for us at our new house. After the stress & hassle of moving the last thing I wanted to do was throughly clean a house top to bottom for a fresh start. So we went looking & found this gem of a company. They were so accommodating & helpful every step of the way even when coordinating a walkthrough on our limited time (in between moving, kids, life & such left little extra time to meet someone). Following the walkthrough the process was simple (even before). They listened to what we wanted/needed & even suggested some things I didn’t think of to clean or things that really didn’t the attention I thought it did. They provided an estimate quickly after the walkthrough & got us scheduled!! Now when I say my jaw dropped walking in after they were done I mean it did & I could have cried happy tears. What was going to be a one time move in clean has us committed to regular service on a biweekly basis.
