Saving Thyme

Absolutely delightful staff. Coming back from France recently looking for something equivalent. This place did not disappoint. A bit pricey relative to France but the croissants and pain au chocolate are noticibly larger here. Croissants were crispy, buttery enough and not so flaky but still has some chew (not a fan when it's super flaky) Overall, will def come again and recommend if looking for a delicious treat.

A delightful experience! This cafe serves the most scrumptious sandwiches and French pastries. Their kouign Aman is to die for. Salmon Benny was good as well. The flavors are amazing, and the presentation is beautiful. The staff is friendly and attentive, creating a warm atmosphere. Whether you're a foodie or just looking for a cozy spot, this cafe is a must-visit.

A cute French-style bistro located on Appleby in Burlington. A moderate amount of indoor seating is available including tables and booths. The atmosphere is very bright and cheerful. The staff were attentive and friendly as well. The food was delicious - I would highly recommend any of their croissant sandwiches. The croissants are so fresh and handmade in house - flaky and buttery. The ordering system was also unique in that everything is done on your phone (ordering and payment). Will be coming back again to try their pastries and desserts!
