We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Forest Lawn Funeral Home. From our very first meeting with Rebecca and Sam, we felt comforted knowing every detail of our father's funeral service and interment would be taken care of with utmost care and detail. Rebecca went above and beyond to support us in every way. The visitation and service spaces were set up so thoughtfully, from the placement of the floral arrangements and photos, to the selected music. She provided thorough information and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. On the service day, she showed such kindness and respect throughout each step of the service.

Forest Lawn Funeral Home is a top notch place. From the moment we contacted them until the end of the funeral they where wonderful. I loved the way they where there when we needed them , but did not hover. They where kind and very informative. Our mother prepaid for her funeral close to 20 years ago and it all went smooth as silk. After a long battle with cancer it was so great to have all her wishes and choices fulfilled I would like to thank them for making our mother look wonderful even though I didn’t think it was possible. She was a beautiful woman , but cancer is brutal. I gave them 5 stars , but would have given them 10 if I could. Death and burial is not something anyone wants to deal with , but at Forest Lawn it was easy. Thank you again for all your great work and compassion given to our family.

The entire staff at every level were respectful, professional, and mindful. Our funeral director Chris F. guided us through every process with care and support. My grandmother’s funeral was a beautiful service thanks to him, Faye and the rest of the staff at Forest Lawn. I highly recommend them without hesitation.

We had never had to deal with a death in the family, but we knew that Bell and Burnaby would be the ones to handle the arrangements. From the first phone call to our last meeting, every step along the way was explained, with no questions left unanswered. Dean made sure to answer every question we had, and explain in depth what we could expect. From contacting the cemetery, to arranging transport, flowers, memorial cards, even death certificates, everything was taken care of promptly, with no worry on our end. A heartfelt thank you to Dean, Amy, Steve , Shane, and everyone else at Bell and Burnaby.

As a Nurse in long term care , I was very impressed by the compassion and dignity the team member showed to the family of one of our deceased residents. Professional and respectful at all times. They allowed time to allow the family to say their good bye. We deal with many funeral homes and this one stood out to me with their excellent care.

Thank you Dean for your compassion, professionalism and efficiency. You worked with the Alpini Group to give my dad the beautiful funeral he deserved. The only negative comment I have, unfortunately, was for the live stream company whose video was not very professionally created.
