GVA offered exceptional service. The quote to totally overhaul my garage door opener was reasonable and the work was completed that same day. The installer was courteous, knowledgeable and fast. I went from an opener that was was grinding like crazy to one that is peacefully quiet. Highly recommend!

I had Francis come out as we needed a repair on our garage door opener as the gear sheered off. Francis quickly responded and came to our house within 45 minutes after 5pm. He immediately knew what the issue was and offered me a few options for repair to either replace, or repair. We opted for repair. He changed the gear, replaced the bulb in the opener, and made some adjustments. He was extremely polite and could tell he was an honest technician. I would not hesitate to recommend Francis to any friend or family and if anyone asks me if they need any garage repairs I would send them to Craftsmen Garage Door Services

From start to finish, Francis displayed a high level of professionalism, delivered prompt service, and offered a fair price for the repairs. He arrived on time, carried himself with confidence, knowledge, and expertise, which immediately put my mind at ease. He did a full diagnosis of my door and went through all of my options with me. I was very pleased with the response time, on-time arrival and completion of the work.
