Moved in yesterday. Staff is super friendly and patient to show me my unit and answer any questions I had. It took less than 15 mins to get everything settled at the rental office, even smoother than I expected! The facility is clean and secure, loading/unloading was convenient. Would highly recommend to friends in the future.

Friendly staff, clean premises, reasonable rates, and above all, very secure. Each unit is alarmed and you need to provide your access code at each point of entry (building, elevator) before getting to your unit. The biggest new customer to do is to map out where your unit is when the reps show you. It's a literal maze inside. Highly recommended nonetheless.

Umesh was very helpful even in hot weather on a friday walking around showing my the outside and 5 different lockers - deciding on grd floor level unit.

STORGUARD SELF STORAGE REVIEWS

This 5-out-of-5-star review goes to Burnaby-Storguard and Garry Koenig, the property manager. We needed a temporary storage for the content of our (04December2023) flooded basement while it was being repaired. Garry helped us estimate the appropriate storage size prior to moving date. On the moving day he helped guide our Signature-Moving's GVW 11,500kg big truck into the correct bay, and gave us a convenient 10'x10' storage location that he said (and indeed) made our movers and us happy. This Burnaby-Storguard is brightly lighted 3-storey with big-parking, the 24-hours Auto-Shine car-wash in the same location means that there is always one person inside the facility should any emergency arise. Reading our contract and the Google (bad) recent review confirmed to us that Burnaby-Storguard is a professionally managed and secured storage location perfect for our need. Bonus: Garry shared his personal experience dealing insurance-related restoration with us and gave a wise advise: "...let them know who is the boss..." - which truly useful for our own insurance-restoration case. Our gratitude to Garry, Dave and all the staff of Burnaby-Storguard who made this facility available.

My partner and I had a great experience with renting a storage locker from Garry. He was extremely kind, accommodating, and answered all of our questions. We would definitely recommend Storguard Burnaby to anyone looking for storage services. Thanks, Garry.

I recently visited this storage business and had an amazing experience! Ali, the guy there, provided exceptional customer service, especially considering it was early morning. His positive attitude made the experience enjoyable. The storage facility itself was great, but unfortunately, they didn’t have the size I needed. Overall, I highly recommend this place for their excellent service.

I was feeling a bit overwhelmed recently with having to move, but Chris took great care of me and helped get me the exact size and number of boxes I needed. He was incredibly friendly and eager to help. I'm glad that good customer service still exists these days; I feel like it's becoming such a rarity. Highly recommend for the smiles alone.

Wonderful staff, great prices, always felt my stuff was safe and clean. Really great establishment!.
