MILANI PLUMBING, HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING REVIEWS

I really appreciate the technician, Fernando, who fixed the toilet leak by replacing the worn out wax seal. He was able to determine the cause of the leak quickly and he had the replacement material available with him to repair the toilet immediately without making a trip to the hardware store which would have cost me more for the time he would have spent for making the extra trip. He was very knowledge and he explained the problem to me. He would get my attention to show me the worn out wax seal before he started to replace it with a new one. When he was done replacing the wax seal, I had some questions about the other toilet and he took the time to have a look and tried to offer some suggestions. Way to go with the know-how knowledge and the services he provided. Thumbs up.

I had a Mitsubishi Split-Type Air Conditioner installed in my condo and was extremely pleased with the experience of Mathew M, Alex, and Gurbir. They were very courteous and took time to answer my questions and explain everything to me as the job progressed. I was also very pleased with Kyle, in sales, who presented himself in a professional manner when he visited my home to provide a quote. I would not hesitate to recommend Milani for this scope of work.

Manik is doing a good job of checking the leaking issue for my unit. There is a leak from the above unit and he has been very patient and professional in looking into the issue and is able to find the solution fast! Thank you.

MARVEL PLUMBING + DRAINAGE REVIEWS

Very efficient! Plumber was cordial, smart, communicative, explaining all things well. Detected a small plastic thing stuck in the pipe, which caused the valve to stop filling water in the tank, and hence no need to replace the whole valve. Saved my hard earned bucks big time! Thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of working with James for a plumbing issue in my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service he provided. From the moment he arrived, James demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the necessary repairs in a clear and understandable manner, and provided a fair and transparent estimate.

I had a garburator installed and plumbing checked. Excellent service. Parm was extremely professional and very nice. I strongly recommend.

MILLER PLUMBING & DRAINAGE LTD. REVIEWS

Great advice and service. Highly recommend. Installed undermount sink with plumbing, replaced water and dishwasher valves. Appreciated their courtesy of calling ahead if they were experiencing delays. Cost is by type of service rather than length of service which makes sense! Convenient forms of payment include credit card or cheque. Competitor would only take cash or e-transfer and charged by the hour including a 4 hr wait time for glue to dry. Would use Miller Plumbing again without a doubt and will recommend our strata uses them as well.

Thanks to Heather and Adam for the great customer service provided. Had to order a new toilet for our main bathroom and Heather provided options and guided me through the selection process. Adam arrive at the promised time (early actually), removed the old toilet, completed the new installation perfectly and left the area spotless. Great job and will use them again in the future.

Excellent service and tips from the installer (as always). We've used Miller Plumbing twice now for repairs and toilet installation, and will be returning to them in the future if the need arises.
