Emily was our funeral director at the St. Albert location. She clearly explained to us the different options Connelly-McKinley offer. She was respectful of our choices and did not try to push things on us that we did not want. When we asked for her opinion on certain things, she was helpful and objective, making certain decisions easier for us. We were extremely happy with the way she handled everything and her assistance in liaising with the church to set things up for us, so we could give our Mother the funeral she would have wanted. Emily and the other staff we interacted with briefly were kind and professional throughout. One other note, because we felt very strongly about it, was that we were incredibly happy with the way the Cosmetologist had attended to our Mother, she looked beautiful! We would have no hesitation in recommending Connelly-McKinley to anyone or using them again ourselves.

I picked this facility from good reviews and reasonable pricing. Arielle was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. She dealt with everything related to sudden death of my brother. The forms and website are very easy to navigate. I previously had a bad experience with the passing of my mom at another facility. I was very satisfied with Capital City Cremation and highly recommend you utilize their services.

Emily and everyone else took amazing care of us at the worst time in our lives. We appreciated her kindness and especially her attentiveness before and after the service. I can't imagine a more challenging job than easing the stress and trauma around handling a loved one's death- but the staff at Evergreen handled events around my mother's viewing and cremation with great compassion and professionalism. Catherine and Onika were extremely kind and accommodating and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I must also commend the staff who prepared my mother for her viewing for their meticulous care and attention to her make-up, her hair and her outfit. I'd heard horror stories about how this was handled elsewhere and was so relieved when I saw her.The grounds are beautiful and serene and the ducks, geese and squirrels add that element of aliveness to what would otherwise be a very somber setting. Highly recommend.

I needed to purchase more services from Evergreen Funeral Home and David Quach contacted me. I had already purchased the plot and headstone but needed to advise him on the inscription. I also needed to pick out a casket and arrange for use of the chapel. As I find it hard to go into his office, he offered to come out and do all the paper work in my home. He spent about 2 1/2 hours with my wife and I getting all the details correct. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism.
