We just moved into a acerage that needed a whole new septic system. Working with them was awesome, Right from the beginning of the whole experience they took the time to explain to us on what was going on and what was going to be coming up. They also kept us informed on how things were progressing and answered every question I had. and once the job was completed they once again took the time to explain everything about the new system. Everything was completed within the timeliness they told us it would be. Awesome company and will definitely use them again

Since we switched to Strathcona Septic Servies, we are very pleased with their service. We have done some new landscaping recently & are still figuring our how much water we go through & have run out a few times. When I phoned to ask for another load asap, they came within a few hours! Highly recommend this company. Super reliable!

We had 2 gentlemen come to our property to finish up the last details on the service of our septic. Excellent work. We found that the employees and owner who we have dealt with over the years have been polite and very proficient. The work was always well done. Highly recommend.

I met with Greg from SepTech to discuss septic issues. He took his time and educated me on how these systems actually work, why so much time and effort needs to go into the assessment of problems, and how many of them can be fixed (even when other trades tell you the system needs to be replaced.) I feel like I'm in good hands with these guys and truly believe they have my best interests in mind and are not just trying to sell me on work that doesn't need to be done.

Every aspect of our experience with SepTech was excellent!! From the first phone call and throughout the whole process, they were very knowledgeable, professional and able to answer every question we had. We felt confident in the recommendation they provided and saw results within the suggested time frame. I have ordered numerous holding tanks from AWS and have always been very happy with the process and product. The trucks are well coordinated, the engineered drawings are excellent and all necessary paperwork is completed. The two drivers that set the tanks are great to deal with and always make sure I’m happy with the installation before moving to the next site. My company requires all the safety paperwork to be completed and submitted which is always done. The customer service I have received has been excellent over the years, any time I’ve had a concern they’ve always made sure to make it right. This kind of customer service is becoming rare so it’s always a pleasure to work with them

An excellent efforts to keep the environment free from pollution by used tire, and related garbage. A set up to grind the used and waste tires in to granules and supply to pavement, rubber mats, doormats and like products manufacturers. Can be maintained in a better and presentable manner. Upkeep and a bit horticultural touch will enhance the visibility and the location will be more environment friendly!! Did my review help in any sense! If yes please say so
