MR. ROOTER PLUMBING OF EDMONTON REVIEWS

I had a great experience with Mr rooter. My bathtub was clogged up. Kyle was able to come out quickly. He did a great job getting that addressed along with a few other plumbing issues around the house. He explained all my options and answered all my questions. Very professional, tidy and speedy.

Kyle and Nathan came to do milling in our cast iron pipes under the house. Twice we've had sewage back up into our laundry room. They didn't have to drill into our floors, they were quick, left no mess behind, and now we'll no longer get sewerage back up in our basement. Very pleased.

The technician Ty was very personable and knowledgable and completed his work in a timely fasion. I would recommend Mr.Rooter to anyone need plumbing help.

THE GENTLEMEN PROS PLUMBING, HEATING & ELECTRICAL REVIEWS

Very very very impressed with the work we had done today ! I called yesterday at 330pm & they were able to book me in for the next day. Our technician, Conrad was amazing ! Went absolutely above & beyond for us ! He was upfront & honest about the work that had to be done. He simplified everything so it was easy to understand. He made it look so much better & adjusted what was needed to make it more efficient. He walked through our house after to check the rest of our plumbing & told us exactly what we needed done. I highly recommend the Gentleman Pros for any plumbing jobs you need done, they were fantastic.

Celina was our technician, she inspected our whole plumbing system, reviewed our options with us, and did an excellent job repairing our kitchen sink and clearing a difficult clog. She took the time to answer my (many) questions and really reassured me. I appreciated that she reviewed plumbing preventative maintenance options with us. Overall it was a great experience.

Ryan was my technician and he was very thorough. He took the time to walk me through my options and explain what was going on. He was very patient solving some complex issues with difficult plumbing that ran through my house. Thankfully he was able to find a solution that worked all the while keeping a positive attitude. Very appreciative of the work they did for me.
