Well, had some new problems with the furnace, and so I immediately called Furnace Family. Matt came down solved our problem quickly and helped us. The best part; however, is that Matt took the time to explain many things about our furnace and air conditioner(he did some maintenance on that as well) - I ended up learning a lot. Furnace Family always takes great care of us - they have the best technicians and the bosses always treat us fairly when it comes to the cost(This time they treated us more than fairly!) My wife and I will always recommend Furnace Family for any of your Hvac needs.

Furniture Family installed an air conditioner in our home. We are pleased with the service provided by Furnace Family. The technicians James and Daniil were friendly and professional. Thank you for your service. I will recommend your services to anyone.

Our technician Jundel, is very experienced with a very high level of troubleshooting skills. He was always willing to discuss and explain what he was doing and what he had found. He was respectful, friendly and courteous while working around our houseful of guests. It was a pleasure to have met him and have him in our home. Thank you for the great service! A 10 out of 10 for us.

Kevin, our technician, was exceptionally professional. He took the time to understand our needs and worked diligently to reroute the water lines for our water softener. He explained everything thoroughly and ensured that the water hardness was within the right range. He also made sure to clean up before leaving, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended.

Perfect experience. From the sales person, Anurag and his supervisor, Troy who were patient and worked with me. To my fantastic installation team who carefully went over how to control my Airconditioning and the get the best performance from it. Would recommend.

I had a GREAT experience with Romaniuk. The sales rep Matt was fantastic- pleasant to deal with and super knowledgeable. He explained my options and the installation process very simply and effectively. Finally, my installers (Darrien, Sean and Matt R.) were amazing! They were polite, efficient and respectful. I can’t believe that I purchased a furnace and air conditioner one day and had it all installed the very next day. It all happened within 48 hours- so efficient.

Romaniuk replaced our furnace and water heater this weekend. Tony and his team were awesome. Not only were they willing to come out on a Saturday, but they were on time and clean. Tony was patient with all our questions. He even helped cover an opening in the duct that the previous furnace installers had left uncovered. Thanks, Tony! You were awesome.

I must note the outstanding service and work ethic of Scott D. Within 5 minutes he was able to diagnose the problem and find a solution. His manners and professional demeanour are impeccable. Best described as First Class Service.
