It took me a while to write this review, as I’m still processing the loss of my sweet Mommy. Nevertheless, I want to highlight the exceptional service and care provided at New Haven. From the start, our funeral director, Shelley, made the process clear and supported us throughout the planning. The entire New Haven team, including Karen and Sherry, were very helpful and comforting, ensuring my mom was well taken care of. The celebration of life was flawless, with every moment and transition well-organized. I highly recommend New Haven, especially to families, including black families, facing this difficult period. It's a safe place for their loved ones to rest. Thank you for everything!

My mom’s funeral was yesterday and the viewing and service was as held at New Haven. We are very grateful to Shelley and any all the other staff who helped along the way. When my father passed away at Trinity hospital next door, we walked across the street and spoke to an amazing funeral director, Allison. Although we didn't make an appointment, she came into the room and walked us through everything in detail and quickly. She did an amazing job with empathy and we were very happy with the support and guidance provided. During the visitations at the funeral home, Jay, another funeral director took over while Alison was out and did an amazing job stepping in to help us and our family. We understand it's a business, but the minor details they put into everything was above and beyond. Everyone was very well organized and caring. Not only the funeral directors, but the amazing staff there really supported us. There were a few small hiccups along the way but they were addressed immediately. I have nothing but glowing reviews for this business. Thank you all for everything.

Turner and Porter AMAZING. Both my parents' services were performed here. I can't wait to pass on so they can perform my funeral, LOL. The staff is incredible. The only flaw is there is no cappuccino machine, but if there was, I would never leave.
