Called Mr.Rooter because my shower drain was clogged and from start to finish I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Tina on the phone booked my call same day, and the technician Gill showed up on time assessed the situation and gave me a quote before stating the job. This is something I loved because I wasn’t billed for the call until Gill started the work. Gill was fast, clean and professional and he was very knowledgeable about his job and even gave me some tips to prevent and maintain my drain in the future. Couldn’t be happier 5 stars all the way.

Joseph from Mr. Rooter Plumbing provided exceptional service. He arrived on time, was courteous, friendly and explained the issue clearly. He quickly fixed the leak under my kitchen & Bathroom sink and offered helpful maintenance tips. I highly recommend Joseph for any plumbing needs—professional, efficient, and reliable. A plumber was dispatched to my home within hours of submitting the request. The plumber who came, Majid, was wonderful. He kept me up to date on his arrival time and was extremely professional.
