I thought going furniture shopping with your parents was supposed to be boring. Kids these days have it good! ???? My boys were enthralled with the Magical Fairy Scavenger Hunt. They dragged me around the whole store to find all of them while I did a reconnaissance tour of the store checking out what I came for plus the amazing selection of beautiful furniture. When I was ready to make my purchase Lease helped me out with friendly and knowledgeable customer service! She got my boys sorted with a movie while we looked at fabric and did the paperwork. Everything about my shopping experience was fun! A family run store understands the importance of a positive family shopping experience. We’ll definitely be back!
I am so very happy with their excellent customer service and attention to detail! Lora Lee helped us with furnishing our new home and she was great to work with. She regularly communicated with me about my vision and the space and helped me pick out the best items! They are not pushy at all and most of all they are so family friendly! We dealt with Ibrahim and he was amazing. He let us look around for a while and I guess he was watching us because he came and started showing us pieces that were both available and the style we were looking for. The girls that helped us with the payment and delivery scheduling were a pleasure to deal with as well. The store owner also came to introduce himself and thank us for shopping there which was very nice. Over all probably the best furniture shopping experience we’ve had (and we were shopping with our 2 kids who are both under 2 years old so that’s saying something to the service we got)
I have order 2 items from Ashley Furniture. A coffee table (which was delivered quickly and I’ve loved) and a couch that arrived today. The delivery team was amazing, originally it seemed my couch wasn’t going to fit in my apartment and they were claiming it as a “no fit” (nothing could be done, I understood). But after measuring they decided to try again and it worked! I am so grateful for the two guys that came and helped today!
Prince was an excellent salesman. He gave us our space but was very helpful. He also made sure we got what we wanted without pushing more onto us; enticing us to make a purchase at this store. Jess was also great and delivered good customer service when we had to finalize the payment.
