She was extremely patient, knowledgeable and sweet and made the whole experience so personable and special. It felt as though the ring was just as important to her as it was to us and we had 100% trust in her to find us the perfect Diamond for our engagement ring. I went to Executive Diamonds to resize my rings and to buy another small piece. I met with Lorraine who went out of her way to accommodate not just the resizing, but also my need for social distancing due to illness. She was patient with my many changes and never made me feel that I was too much trouble (even though I thought I was asking a lot from her). She was the ultimate example of outstanding 'customer service'. Overall, the experience was a pleasure.
