We love our new Excel build in Sunset Ridge! The sales team was amazing! We have been especially happy with Kathy and Angela. Even though Kathy had to transition us to a new sales team, and eventually to Angela, we were never left in the dark and any issues we had were always addressed quickly and to satisfaction. The construction team with Excel is amazing. They got us into our home earlier than we ever expected and they have been nothing but accommodating. Nathan is so approachable and makes the building process feel so personalized. We have had zero issues so far with our home, and we could not be happier.

The team that assists you with moving arrangements, settling in and the legal components have all been great to work with as well. We are very excited about our new Excel home.
